Soo Line U30C 806 from a factory painted Atlas model.
I did this model a while ago, so the exact details escape me.
This model started out as a factory painted Atlas U30C model in Soo Line. I added the appropriate horn, bell, and antennas. I also added the all weather window, beacon and made ACI tag plates for the handrails.
I did alot of detail painting such as MU hoses, grab irons, wheelsets, plows, etc.
Then, using various methods, the model was weathered quite heavily and sealed with Testor's Dullcoat thinned with lacquer thinner.
