This model was built from a Proto 2000 GP7 model. I built these units a couple of years ago, and details are covered in the under construction section of this site. About the only thing I would do differently now is the roof access panels...I now have exact measurements for the former Rock Island CRP GP7 panels, and I'd probably use a different yellow.
